i think i ate the lowest amount calories ive ever eaten yesterday - which goes to show how much i usually eat lol
i wasnt very hungry - but i also wasn't feeling well so that prolly has something to do with it. Feeling slightly better today, but now i also hafta make more of an effort to NOT randomly snack on everything =\

went out to dinner 2 nights ago n ate the healthiest thing ive ever ordered at a restaurant - but then i also ate dessert lol so yea, i've got a long way to go

LOL, you'll do great and be amazed at how much better you'll feel...which will motivate you more...and so on and so on,lol. Just make sure to pack lots of healthy snacks to bring to work and graze on them all day long. It's not like being at home where you can grab whatever. I always pack a healthy lunch and snacks and then I have no choice but to eat what I bring. You can do whatever you set your mind to!!!! It will click!
