I feel like I'm in a rut right now. I haven't been dropping weight like I was and it's probably due because I'm kinda getting bored with my exercise routine. I'm just not feeling motivated the last few days... I usually don't need that extra push but now I do.

Ok maybe a little break is needed, don't stop just take it easy and try to eat healthy, There's no need to rush slow it down and I bet it all comes together for you...I'm betting you'll do some real ASS kicking and the fire will burn again...you go girl!!
