I’ve learned so much from this community and I’ve been able to share what I’ve learned back here and in my community. 45 years of weight struggle ended in 2019. Dropped 70 lbs and have maintained over the last 2 years.
Keep working on you. Keep learning! Log everything you eat. It’s an education. Read a book or two about macros, cardio, strength training, and way of eating options. Celebrate non-scale victories, embrace your tough days and good days. This community has been a safe haven (just ignore the bots and ignorant strangers). Best part is that you all are a separate circle in my world. I don’t worry about ramifications of what I post here. This is truly a place to be myself. Thank you for that!
