I just joined another challenge. Not sure why since I'm not doing so great on this one (10 kg - 10 weeks). Maybe I think I need more reminders.


Today I have to regroup. Will set time aside today to plan, shop and prep. Weight loss does not happen by accident.

I think challenges are more of a reminder to keep at it. Joining one a further commitment to the journey. The check ins keep the accountability reminders going.
