I need motivation. I am very stressed and that means no will power. The week ahead will be also very stressful. If anyone has suggestions or motivators... Feel free to pass them along.
83.0 公斤 最近减少: 5.0 公斤.    还有: 17.2 公斤.    饮食准则: 低.
一星期增加1.1 公斤

take a deep breath and allow yourself to take a 5 minutes break. if the stress comes from work, then just think about it: what is really important, my health or my job? sometimes I find myself so stressed about my job that I can't think about anything else. and then I say: "ok but if I'm too stressed anyway I won't do anything good, so...relax and let go!!" and for me the most important thing is... me!!! my health is the key for everything else. I don't know if it makes sense... take care!
