carb 10%; Fat 72%; protein 18% - per my keto-calculation my carbs should be 7%, protein 22% and fat 71%. Pretty close. Am very tired tonight and think that I want something else to eat....what the heck is that all about?

Oh yeah my blood sugar tested out as 119 this a.m. that is on 25 carbs per day or less. That sucks. It looks like no matter what I do my body is going to betray me! That just puts me in the prediabetic arena but it sure doesn't look good for the future. Bummer but I am going to stay the course.

Don't get discouraged, you are heading in the right direction. Just go back over what you ate regarding carbs and see if there might be something there that might have made your sugar spiked. It's a learning curve, but you will get it right. Have a great evening and stay encouraged.

How long have you been on the low-carb? Do give it time. Regardless of what that sugar reading said, you are still doing a really positive thing and imagine how much worse if might have been! You might never reverse the pre-diabetes (though research is suggesting that with time, many people actually DO improve their insulin resistance) but if you continue on low-carbs, it might at least never progress beyond pre-diabetes.
