Today at work we are going to Ruby Tuesday's to celebrate a fellow co-workers birthday. I have chosen ahead to stick with the salad bar, because their menu include's everything that is just too high in sodium and calories.
I'm also having a horrible time getting these last few pounds off they just won't budge and I know I'm hung up on the numbers but I'm also hung up on the fact that my clothes aren't getting any looser as well. I mean this has been going on now for over a month. It's making me mad! Why, Why, Why?????? I just can not put my finger on it.
Granted I am in the best shape ever, yes and I feel wonderful. But I want to be smaller and I want that number down. I don't know what else to do at this point to make it budge. Frustrated!!!!

have u tried the 30 day shred! it's working wonders on me and i've only done it for 6 days!

You might have hit a plato. Switch it up! Make sure you aren't eating the same thing everyday. If you are eating three meals a day, switch to six smaller meals a day. You can do it! Just stick with it.

roxchick83 thanks! You know, I do have the 30 day shred at home, sitting on my shelf! :) But I have not bought it out since I got it. You know I really do need to do it, maybe it would push it out of me and the change up just might be good.

Nesa61481, I do tend to eat the same meals especially breakfast and lunch. Thank you for your support, I am going to review my meals and then try and find ways to get maybe more protein and variety in my day. It's so hard when you really just don't know what to fix.
