Well on the health end of things there were a lot of good news that came out of being in the hospital...
My cholesterol is at 114 (0-199)
Triclycerides 120 (35-149)
HDL 27 (low) 35-149
Glucose 90 (70-115)

Not too shabby.. wish my cholesterol and triclycerides were a little bit lower though..
