Just got back from 2 weeks at the beach! I restricted calories for breakfast and lunch, then ate a restaurant dinner with a few cocktails every day. There were a few days of extra treats, but overall, I'm pleased I only gained three pounds. Back on the saddle today.
Missed all my buddies! Can't wait to catch up!
