Noice, very happy because I was not at all good this week so this is very surprising. Rather confusing and hard to understand actually, I can be strict and lose 0.6kg a week and then somehow lose more when not adhering so well to the rules, and that is only sometimes, beats the hell out of me but for now, I am grateful for the loss!!!
