So, these past few weeks have been hard on me, physically. My knee started hurting about 3 weeks ago and I thought it was from running (since I am still heavy and was running 2 to 3 miles a day 4-5 days a week). But then the pain wasn't going away so I went to the doctor and he believe I tore my meniscus which is a common injury. If the tear is bad enough I have to have surgery but if its something small I can have PT and move on. Either way it has and will set me back and it is just a real downer. I am still watching what I am eating and trying to do other exercises but the running was a big part of it. Here's to the next few weeks.

Ouch. I'm sorry about your injury. I hope you donlt give up and start again, but instead modify and move on. Good Luck
