Joined the YMCA this weekend. Went once on Saturday and got on the treadmill for about a half hour alternating between a brisk walk to a light jog. I stayed at an incline so hopefully that counts for something.
Sunday, however, was a drag for me and I ate FAR too much. I know I dipped well into my 35 weekly extra points.
