Happy with my weight loss, even though the scales will flatline for days at a time. The losses come in spurts, but overall the loss is amazing. I'm very happy with the ketogenic diet and sticking to it 100%, recording and planning all our meals. Getting in small amounts of exercise regularly and have increased our daily net carb to around 30g by increasing our veggies. Still feel hungry a lot though.
