I wish there was a way to record a maintenance diet. That is, my original goal was to reach 118 lb., and I did that and am now trying to maintain my weight between 115 and 118. It is discouraging when I see a notation under my weigh in this morning saying that I am gaining 4.2 lb./week, when I'm not! It also says that my diet is being followed "reasonably well", and I think it's being followed very well! I know that these are minor things and that I should ignore those notations, but it does bother me!
