Oh gosh 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I kinda now understand the cause behind a stomach this morning. I literally had to go bathroom during meeting multiple times. Well.. okay, I’ll change my strategy to tea tomorrow 🍵

HG, no black coffee on an empty stomach right? You need a little something else. Listen to ajumma....I used to drink alot of black coffee by itself, it wasn't good🥴

I don't know about you, but for me, breakfast is very important for me. I guess it's a fasting strategy for you. If it's working, great. Best is trying out and adapt to what works and what doesn't. You're so active, so make sure your brain is fueled. You do bring snack with you just incase you're sugar low?

Yes ACBelle, my usual routine is drinking a cup of hot water in the morning, doing med. Pilates & 1-1.5 hr jog, taking a shower, and having my black coffee ☕️ Today, I supplemented with a green tea and my stomach feels much better 😄

I’m not a huge fan of snacks so I just have two meals weekdays and three meals weekends :) I’m more physically & mentally active that way so I think it’s fine :) I do have breakfast in weekends as I go for a very long walk or bike ride with my dad haha.
