Going to start at least logging my weight. Hope to lose about 30lbs this time.
Went to a Psychologist for Weight Loss Hypnosis. Not sure if it will help me. We'll see. She did "Gastric Band Hypnosis". I sure hope that I can have success this time.
I've recently been diagnosed with Colon Cancer. I had Colon Resection Surgery 9/13/21. Stage 3A Colon Cancer. I'm going to do 2 types of Chemo. One is IV every 3 weeks for 3 months. The other is pills 2x daily for 2 weeks then 1 week off then repeat. I hope I don't get any of the potential side effects.

I want to be healthy and happy. I've got support from my husband, family and friends.

Keep us posted on hypnosis...I'm fascinated with the subject. We're on your support team too and I will keep you in my prayers. I personally know of several people who beat it and are still healthy decades later. ❣

Hi, Have you spoken to your oncologist about wanting to lose weight? I was a care giver to a loved one who went through resection & chemo treatment. The oncology team told me nutrition is vital. I was told to cook healthy & lots of easily digestible protein.
