Really great advice! Losing weight for me is a not just about losing weight/healthy eating it’s about doing everything differently, forming healthy habits. My previous habits got me to be overweight and not super happy in myself, and the new habits are getting me out of this.
Bring prepared in advance is such a Great habit! Thanks for the tip, it’s so so true that the first thing we want is something easy, already prepared. And if there’s nothing that’s when I reach for the bread and cheese !
It’s so disheartening to open the fridge and just see all these uncooked veggies LoL, it feels like a chore to chop a vegetable and think it’s way to eat it when you jus need a snacks!
So Thanks for this tip! this will be on next weeks list of “new healthy habits” I’m trying out. Pre-prep all the means and snacks! 😙
