I've been wanting to respond to your previous comment but the glitches make it hard lol.  

Lol! I know what you mean! Navigating this app or the site lately has been a bit of a nightmare - are they doing it specially for Halloween one wonders? ;) Hoping they'll fix everything soon. 

When are they going to sort the problem out on the app. I’m still experiencing the same problem for the past month now. I know you have no ETA on the problem, it’s getting annoying now 🙄 I prefer the app because on the computer I can’t add emoji’s 😂 

I'll follow up on the email I sent a few weeks ago. I agree. It is super irritating.
