Good morning, all! I am so so proud of myself....I ditched that running/jogging at 4.1 MPH and did it for 42 minutes at 5.0 MPH...I had to pace myself and use a good breathing technique, but I did it and wasn't super exhausted at the end of the run....YAY!
Unfortunately, I stopped the treadmill on accident so it lost all my calories burned/miles ran data :(...but here are the other stats:
47 minutes total 5 minute warmup at 3.0 MPH 5 minutes jogging @ 4.1 MPH/1 minute walking @ 3.0 MPH X 1 time 5 minutes jogging at 4.2 MPH/1 minute walking @ 3.0 MPH X 1 time 5 minutes running at 5.0 MPH/1 minute walking @ 3.5 MPH X 5 times
And the scale went down this morning...yay! I put on a pair of shorts this morning to take my daughter to the clinic. They were so tight a few months ago...now they are falling off :). The skirt I wore to work is really lose too....
