i am tired of the routine/diet and heavy strict schedules. in these two months, i lost 8kgs of fat almost, gained strength and conditioning with clearly visible muscle mass. i am now taking a break for sometime from diet, but not from workouts, planning of changing totally my workouts as i feel happy, with diet i am unable to lift heavy weights that i used to be before diet as i don't have enough energy. I'll start diet again whenever i feel okay to be. Good luck to me🙂.
