Okay... I took a step in the right direction, losing 800 grams since yesterday. I still feel bloated and "big" and that I have a lot of waste building up in me. Very uncomfortable. I do, however, feel better today. I hope losing 800 grams is the first step towards a new low, and that I am on my way again. Time will tell, of course.
Today and tomorrow I will be moving around a little more, teaching music tonight and rocking out with a friend tomorrow. Playing guitar equals burning a lot of energy and doing some relatively heavy lifting. AND it's fun.
I will, as always, keep you posted on my weight progress. Life is good.
