I am so tired! Today I exercised for an hour, my new daily routine, then I took an ambitious 46 minute walk to the store (23 minutes both ways). I am trying to force myself to walk instead of drive to places close to where I live. Wow was that walk tough! I hate exercising when I am in the moment, but I love the energy and happiness I feel afterwards. Weird but true. I am going to spend the rest of the day just relaxing. I hope everyone has a great weekend.

I feel the same way. I don't like exercising per se, however, after I love the feeling I get. And the feeling is different depending on the exercise performed. You're doing awesome! Keep it up!

Next time when you're planning to go for a walk then that day just exercise for 30 mins, that's what I do. No need to overexert yourself. You are still carrying a lot of weight with you and it's harder for you. 22 pounds ago I was walking so much slower, now I can walk fast, no problem.
