This was the worst week possible to start a diet. Began working third shift last sunday and my body was hungry all the time! I was unprepared for that, I really didn't think I would want food at 3 or 4am but I did. Now that I know I have cut up plenty of veggies to take and snack on. I did not follow the fat smash week 1 detox completely. However, I did eat way more fruits and vegetables than normal. Did not eat any meat but there were some carbs in there... Exercise sadly was minimal. This week though I am kicking it up. The weather is gorgeous so me & the pup will begin our walks! Also thinking of throwing some laps in on my breaks at work- can't hurt. So here we go!
