Stuck at 13 stone (182lbs, 82.5kg) but my body fat has reduced (.5% in the last week) so I am assuming I am putting on muscle. I have started going to badminton twice a week again and am walking 7 miles a day on average. I am also doing indoor exercise at least twice a week so hope it is muscle increase.
Sticking to my eating regimen; low carb (no biscuits or cakes especially), high protein, acceptable fat, plenty fluids, which was working before. Only eating once a day and burning more calories than I'm taking in.
See how it goes! At least I'm not putting weight back on and since last September I have lost 2 stone. Happy as long as I can maintain this weight at least :-)
