Weight up again. I'll weigh in tomorrow.
My calorie count seems lower but I'm not seeing it in the scale. I've gained a 1/2 on my biceps so I know I'm putting on muscle so "piss off" on the weight scale. I do know that the day will come where the weight will fall into place.
