Today was a challenging day, I spent lot of time scheduling MRI, Cat scan and Echo Cardio gram. These are being done for my neck pain and heart condition. All will be completed in the next 3 weeks. So my exercising will be adjusted to easy does it. I did work on my drawing of an Scarlet Ibis or grill Monkey in water soluble graphite. It is really a challenge for me to stay positive and keep trying to lose my excess weight. My art does help me not to give up.
