Good or Bad.....I keep telling myself.........just record what you have eaten so that you learn. Doing so marks where you've strayed off the path and teaches you how to correct your food journey.

I have been floating around 313 lbs. this week and I tried adding a piece of fruit to my after lunch meal. I figured 2 months of induction level carbs might be long enough for me to up my carb load. But the apple lead to me sharing some ice cream with a friend that night. I opened the door and in walked the carbs!!!

Bam! 315 lbs. this morning.....

Ok....no problem....back down the carb intake goes.

I just read the chapter in the Atkins book on my way to work on carb increase endulgances and how it quickly will lead to cravings and slipping back into addictive patterns.

So true, so true.
