I was beginning to think the scales were defective until today. Things have speeded up a bit. I do not do weight training as such, but I do have to bring in heavy logs every day for the woodburners, about a cubic metre daily, and I am sure that is a form of weight lifting, or whole body exercise.
I need to get this waist below 31.5 to be healthy. It seems to be reluctant to shrink. I am thinking of investing in a hula hoop!
