Wow...I can not believe that I am still weighing in at 170 lbs! I have changed my work outs, modified my diet even more and no change in weight. Very frustrating to say the least! Any suggestions?

Are you tracking your food honestly? Studies people who don't track tend to eat 30% more than they think they do. Are you drinking water? It keeps things moving and flushes out sodium. Are you getting enough protein, healthy fats, fruits and vegetables. Are you eating too many processed foods? WHAT you eat can be as important as HOW MUCH. Fats have been shown to help with weight loss. They also keep us satiated (avocados, peanut butter, olive oil). Greek yogurt is high in protein and although some people don't like dairy, studies have shown it can help with weight loss. Are you being consistent with the diet? Going on and off plan can make you yo yo the same few pounds. I'm just throwing things out for you to think about. Do you measure portions? Eyeballing can make us overeat. Green tea is said to help with weight loss. Maybe try some googing for more ideas. Many people struggle, so you are not alone.
