So tired...does exercising too much cause insomnia? Is it possible?? I have not been able to sleep well these days at night and I do not think that I have anything on my mind.

Do you work out in the evening? Excercising gives me a second windso if I do it too late I can't sleep.

That is prob why. Sometimes, I do. but sometimes I dont and I still cannot fall asleep. ><!!!

Yes, exercising too much can cause insomnia for some. Exercising too close to bedtime can do that too sometimes.
