Despite a very low calorie intake yesterday, I have gained weight. My body is betraying me!
Two items that I didn't declare on my food intake were a spoonful of chia seeds, and a quarter of a small pomegranate, both of which were within my carb allowance. They are supposed to be giving me extra nutrients, not stopping me losing weight. I wish we could add items ourselves to the food intake selection. or half portions. I don't eat 100 grams of everything, and don't eat any premade food at all.
If anyone has personal knowledge of the use of chia seeds please tell me about your experience? Perhaps they are lurking in the gut holding lots of water?
