When I started this and I had said as much to my friend when I visited. By now I have lost 9 kgs, and I went round there yesterday. She didn't notice the weight loss but told me she didn't think I was that over-weight!

I wish the weight went down more quickly! The calories and carbs are low enough for a sharper drop.

Sometimes friends can be funny about weight loss. They may see changes in you that bother them. Perhaps they think they are being left behind 🤔 there can be jealousy or fear. It can be a tricky area even with the best of friends x

Agree with Anne. I had a similar experience. If you can see the changes, that's all that matters x
