When I started this and I had said as much to my friend when I visited. By now I have lost 9 kgs, and I went round there yesterday. She didn't notice the weight loss but told me she didn't think I was that over-weight!
I wish the weight went down more quickly! The calories and carbs are low enough for a sharper drop.
