Goal 1 Met, as of this morning! My scale actually read 148.? Rock on. I didn't want to report it until I am getting the same or lower results for a few days in a row since my weight can fluctuate by a a pound or two from day to day. I'm just thrilled to finally be below 150! This also means I have officially lost 10 lbs since I started on 3-2-09! WOO HOO!!! The hard work is starting to really pay off. Keep it goin' Girl!
