I took the month of September off, in that I did not track calories and tried to eat responsibly up to a point. Life was incredibly busy in September and included a large amount of baking for functions, friends, and family. Now the Holiday Season is upon us. September through December people celebrate Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas all at once, not to mention Rosh Hashana, Yom Kippur, Sukkot, Hanukkah, and of course, my personal favorite, the birthday of Oscar Levant.
So for the next three months, I resolve to carefully track my calories, and increase my activity in order to begin the New Year at least 15 pounds lighter, and perhaps more.
