I'm so sore, but that's a good thing! I'm in love with running. I'm up to 3/4 mile jogging without stopping. Then I do a little more walk/jogging. No other work out I do gets my heart rate up and makes me feel like I really had a good work out. The only thing is I get so bored on the treadmill. Music just doesn't work for me, so I listen to podcasts. Mostly Bob and Sheri. Oh my gosh if any of you have listened to them, you know how funny they can be. I try my hardest not to laugh, but ya sometimes I'm sure people must think I'm the crazy girl laughing to herself on the treadmill :D
