OMG! I am UP a pound!!
Obviously WW is NOT working for me. Now what?
I think I will count calories for a week or two and see how that goes.
Two weeks of watching what I eat, journalling and right back to square 1 - GRRRRR

I can certainly identify with you. I keep losing and gaining the same couple of lb...I must admit I did eat some things I should not have this past week. I'm thinking I will count calories also, as well as stay away from things like chocolate peanut butter spread, cheetos, pizza, chocolate chip cake. :-(
