Oh I still have to eat something I bake after it’s done! But it’s a reasonable portion/ calories have to “fit” and still have a deficit at the end of the day. I can’t scarf down 1,000 calories but I can definitely do 2 pieces of baked goods at 150 calories apiece. It’s just better than nothing and it’s just enough so I don’t binge. Gotta keep my savage beast satisfied. I push them on everyone for meals tho lol I’m like oh man, these are good for you buddy go ahead lol my kids are a different story. I have a kid with adhd who only wants sweets and an asd son who only loves crunchy stuff. 😆🤷🏼♀️
