Well, I almost didnt' go to my WW meeting last night b/c I had 2 weeks of loosing only 1 lb. each week. I felt discouraged but then my leader had a talk with me about not giving up and feeling good about what I've accomplished so far. So I went--and lost 4 lbs. in one week! WOOOHOO! I was so excited I wanted to dance. Thanks for all the support to all my WW buddies!
