Boy did my diet go right down the gutter! I fell in June and since then I have been practically living in my recliner. The only activity I enjoy is running to the fridge and back.
Today I am going to try harder to get back on track and quit feeling sorry for myself. I rode my exercise bike and took my dog for a walk. I call this a step in the right direction.
