Yesterday was a weird day. I went very low on my calories, all the way to around 1000. :(
We had a course that everyone had to take at work. To me, that is a nightmare, because food is included, and always hell to calculate. Well, this time it turned out to be a problem that would solve itself, as the food sucked. I found practically nothing that was worth eating - everything was drenched in mayo or mixed together and thus making it impossible to count and thus make it non-optional for me to eat.
The few things that WERE okay, we plain, unspiced and dry, so I had a few tiny bites and threw the whole thing out. Wow, what a disappointment.
Anyways, I had a little dinner that I brought for my band lessons and ate those kinda early. The rest of the day I survived on bottled water. Tons of it. Water is good, right? I hope so. :)
The good thing is that I got my system cleaned out a little pit - it seems like the pizza that I ate Sunday is finally gone and I am back to low weigh-ins. Today, I weighed in at 117.4 kgs, a new low. Now I just hope that I will stick to the low weight tomorrow. I am more or less expecting a fluctuation because of my low food intake yesterday. Only time will tell.
Anyways, I am very happy to record a new low. It counts for something no matter what. Life is good.
