1. Lost 6kg in one month (fat loss, not weight loss⚠️) 2. gain muscle mass 3. getting shredded 4. gain strength 5. strengthen my lower back on daily basis 6. no cheat meal as importantly in this time period. 7. following my diet religiously (I've a good knowledge about food, so...) 8. doing two sessions daily: i. cardio + abs/core exercises ii. cardio + hitting one major muscle - weight training Alhamdolillaah ❤️ (maybe my next fat loss on scale after a month will not be the same as this one)
