Tough day at work and I was starving all day. So much of me wanted to head home after my hair apointment which didn't finish until 7:30 and relax.
Instead I drove my booty to the gym and decided to use the stress from my day to my advantage!
I gave the elliptical hell and ended up rocking it for an hour and 5 minutes! I was also distracted by the finale of the bachelor so that was helpful.
I really pushed myself and am so happy I went.
I am dissapointed though in the fact that I haven't lost any weight at all!
I have tracked every moresel of food that went into my mouth and am being super healthy.
I know I'm eatting half the calories I did before and going from a sedentary to an active lifestyle so why hasnt the scale budged at all???
My rooommate brought up that my body might be in starvation mode and I might not be eatting enough.
Is that possible and if so will my body eventually drop some lbs??????
