Today makes a week that I've changed the way I eat. It seems like my weight loss has already slowed down so I'm guessing I'm done with the water weight. Looking forward to at least a 2lb fat loss from here on.

Start weight: 227.8 Todays weight: 222.4
Total: -5.4 lbs.
Have not had a cheat day, and don't plan on one until I'm at least 195. I know I shouldn't plan a cheat day, but I'd much rather it be planned than not and gorge. Yesterday I only got in 1200 calories and I had to force feed myself those. Still not hungry today, but will still eat around noon.
