I am amazed I have lost weight. I have not been sticky to the plan and not exercising. I want to go to the Dr weight loss center. I plan on seeing my dr on Monday. I am going to have him do a full panel. I will see what he says and recommend before I try the wt loss center. I am tired of being fat.

I just looked that up online, if it is the one I saw then it looks great for getting on a schedule and learning what to eat. If you can afford it and you think you will go to it every week, I say go for it!

Just imagine if you did stick to your plan and exercise. You wouldn't need or want to go to a weight loss center. You can do this, because you already are doing it. :)
