Hello All, this may sound a little cheesy or stupid but for me it is pretty good. My bestie came over for a while yesterday and after she left, I actually motivated myself to go to the gym. (for me that is good). Even though my legs were hairier than big food, I still went. I do believe I am getting that good feeling again about going to the gym. I feel like everyone hits a bump in the road where your just burnt out some from trying so hard. At least for me anyway, but after some time it does pass and you start to remember why you wanted to exercise and change your life style habits in the first place.
When I read your journals, I get inspired and realize I am not alone. We are all doing the same thing, just in different stages. I guess what I am trying to say is, even though you want to give up, or quit, just remember this : you started out crawling before you could walk, but now you can run. Never give up on what you want in life.
