Happy Monday everyone, at least I hope so. It has started to sprinkle here in Virginia, YAY !!! We haven't had any rain in weeks, and our poor garden has been suffering, except when my hubby waters it. The only problem with that is he thinks it is soaked through when the top of the dirt gets wet. So I am hoping that it pores all day long.
My weekend food habits were POOR, and I except that. I did go to the gym both days, and I am glad I did. However, I did gain a pound back, but I am not going to record it because I know it will be gone next time I go to the gym.

Oh man, here in California I vaguely remember sprinkles. Miss them a LOT! Hoping you get enough to make your garden very happy. Good on you for going to the gym. Weekends can be tough since it seems the meal schedule gets out of whack. Hoping you find yourself back in a good groove this week ;-)

Although you have some ups and downs your general direction is down! Celebrate your success, two days at the gym and constant downward dirction on those lbs. Congrats.
