Well I have the calorie thing down pretty good, but am unsure of what my fat, carbs, and protein should be. I try not to overdo on the fat and get surprised at how fast it can jump when you eat meat. I'm under my calorie limit for the day so I think I will make a smoothie for a last snack...yummy
