It is a breath of fresh air to be able to read your journal. Your positive attitude is just brilliant and I congratulate you. This is not seen too much on FS as it seems to me that the purpose of being on FS is to complain about not losing weight. I support you and congratulate you along with my admiration, well done indeed.
