Okay, today is the day I get back on track. I was down to 170 lbs a couple of months ago, just 5 pounds off my ultimate goal weight but, it's been creeping up bit by bit since then. I've now regained 14 of the pounds I'd lost. No excuses -- just not paying enough attention. Too many sweeties, too much bread, booze, etc, and not enough exercise to burn it all off. Things have been tough, with having to travel so much over the last couple of months and clearing out my mother's house this week. However, comfort eating ends up being no comfort at all. I'm back on it - with a vengeance - TODAY.
