Sorry to hear it. Me too actually. When it's rough like this I think the goal has to be mainly not to gain anything. The shedding lbs can resume when the bumpy patch smooths out. At least that's what I am telling myself. I am forcing myself to weigh in and log food at least Mon-Friday, regardless.
